GERSON LAW FIRM APC on a lender engagement by a Freddie Mac Seller/Servicer closed a portfolio of three Freddie Mac loans secured by multifamily projects in Jacksonville, Florida. The loans were funded through Freddie Mac’s Capital Markets Execution (CME) program. Under the CME program, the loans will be sold to investors as part of a pool of apartment loans packaged together.
The three loans were for the 292 unit Cross Creek Apartments, 246 unit The Column Apartments, and the 304 unit Riverview Apartments. The three loans totaled more than $33.5 million
