GERSON LAW FIRM APC Horizons Extend To Alaska And Hawaii

GERSON LAW FIRM APC is engaged in loan closings in all regions of the country, and in June 2006 closed loans in Alaska and Hawaii during the same week.

The Firm represented a lender in a structured financing for a $9,200,000 CDO execution on Wall Street, which involved financing three multifamily projects in Wasilla, Alaska. In the same month, the Firm represented a private lending group of one of the nation’s largest lenders, making a credit facility secured by real property in Hawaii. The Firm also represented the same private lending group with respect to three credit facilities secured by parcels of real property in Marin County, California.

The Firm also represented a Midwestern bank making a land acquisition loan in the amount of $3,693,000 for 10.93 acres in Beaumont, California zoned multiple family residential, and represented one of San Diego’s largest banks with respect to seven construction financing facilities, which were cross-defaulted and cross-collateralized by parcels in San Diego County and Riverside County.

Major loan closing representations also included a Fannie Mae multifamily project in Utah, and a Fannie Mae manufactured home community in Kern County, California. During the month of June the Firm was involved in several lease transactions and other business transactions, as well as litigation.
