Evidencing GERSON LAW FIRM’s commitment to fast turnaround, a lender call to action made on June 26, 2012, resulted in the firm’s attorneys moving quickly to prepare an action, appear in court and obtain an order appointing a receiver by June 29, 2012.
GERSON LAW FIRM attorneys also engaged local counsel and coordinated with local counsel in Medford, Oregon and Boston, Massachusetts to successfully obtain orders for receivers for multifamily properties with defaulted loans.
GERSON LAW FIRM’s loan origination team during the month of June continued to maintain a fast pace serving the “hot” multifamily finance market. The firm closed more than 20 loans, loan assumptions, and loan modifications for lenders which totaled more than $90,000,000.
