The national real estate media reported this past week the sale of Missions at Rio Vista in San Diego. GERSON LAW FIRM represented the Seller in the $77,000,000 transaction.
Missions at Rio Vista in the Mission Valley area of San Diego, is a fractured condominium project. GERSON LAW FIRM previously represented the mezz lender, who took over the project in 2007. There are a total of 464 units at the property, of which 316 were rentals at time of the closing of the sale.
Not only was the sale transaction the third largest apartment sale transaction in San Diego County for 2011, but it also ranks among the five largest sale transactions for the calendar year of all character property, including office buildings and hotels.
