Gordon L. Gerson was elected president of the San Diego Chapter of the California Receiver Forum (SDRF).
“There is a great need for building links between lenders, receivers and the courts, and SDRF is in the lead on this in San Diego,” Said Gerson. Gerson also stated, “Less than two years ago, membership in SDRF had fallen to three members. Today we are over 125 members strong, and attendance at events exceeds 200.”
SDRF is a non-profit organization formed to address the needs and concerns of all parties involved in the receivership practice. Members include: receivers, lenders, attorneys, accountants, property managers, title companies, asset managers, brokers, and other professionals involved in receivership matters. SDRF seeks to fulfill the mission of the California Receivers Forum through the provision of educational opportunities, the exchange of ideas and information amongst members, and the facilitation of professional networking events.
