While wine lovers flocked to California’s Napa Valley in October to enjoy the celebrations associated with the end of the season vine cuttings and crushing of the grapes, in November, GERSON LAW FIRM APC represented a Midwest bank making an acquisition and development loan of more than $26,000,000.00 for a Ritz Carleton in Napa. The Five Star luxury resort, will include 100 condo hotel suites, and 200 hotel units, and conference facilities.
In addition to a high volume of other loan transactions, the Firm helped a national tenant in the fast casual segment of the food industry ink leases in both San Diego County and Arizona. The Firm’s litigation department was also actively engaged in landlord tenant litigation.
