GERSON LAW FIRM APC closed its books on 2013, closing more than 25 Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac multifamily loans for more than $180 million dollars in December 2014.
The GSE multifamily loans closed in December 2014 were across the United States, including Alabama, Alabama, Kentucky, California, Ohio, Oregon, Texas, Utah. In addition to these loans were other loans closed for credit unions, as well as assisting lenders with other matters.
“We respond to market demand.” said Gordon L. Gerson, who noted that total loan closings for all clients as well as other lender engagements exceeded $1 billion dollars in 2014.
