JANA BECK

Jana Beck's practice focuses on all aspects of commercial real estate transactions and commercial real estate finance. She also has extensive experience with a wide range of real estate related litigation matters.

Prior to joining GERSON LAW FIRM APC, Ms. Beck practiced for seven years in Santa Barbara, California, where she represented financial institutions and small businesses on matters real estate and finance related, including matters involving purchasing, selling, and leasing.

Ms. Beck was admitted to the California Bar in 1999. She received her BA in Political Science from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, in 1996 and received her JD, cum laude, from California Western School of Law in 1999. She served as a staff writer and staff editor on the California Western Law Review and was awarded the California Western School of Law Pro Bono Award as well as the Wiley L. Manuel Pro Bono Award for her work with the San Diego County Public Defenders Office.
