NEWS August 2003 GORDON L. GERSON to speak at CMBA deal maker forum. Gordon L. Gerson will be speaking at the Commercial Mortgage Deal Maker's Forum presented by California Mortgage Bankers Association on September 12, 2003, in Orange County and on September 19, 2003, in San Francisco. This year's theme is "Key to Successful Transactions: Anticipating and Avoiding Deal Killing Issues." Mr. Gerson will be participating in a panel discussion on legal issues in commercial loan closings. The one day seminar is designed for producers, closers and underwriters.
