NEWS August 2005 KEVIN REILLY JOINS GERSON LAW FIRM APC The Firm is pleased to announce that Kevin T. Reilly has joined the Firm to assist in commercial real estate loan closings, real estate transactions and leasing transactions. Since becoming a member of the Bar in 2001, Mr. Reilly has been primarily engaged as general counsel to a privately held company with more than 125 restaurant franchise locations. He has experience in a wide range of real estate activities, including acquisition, financing and leasing. Mr. Reilly engages in pro bono activities, including advising and assisting parents of disabled children, including eligibility for social services and attending Individualize Education Programs ("IEP") meetings with parents and city school officials. Mr. Reilly received his Bachelor of Arts from University of Massachusetts, Amherst and attended law school at Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego, California.  |
