GERSON LAW FIRM APC Assists Client Making Major Gift to California State Polytechnic University Foundation.

GERSON LAW FIRM APC helped usher in the holiday season by assisting a client in making a gift of real property to California State Polytechnic University Foundation. The real property consisted of 149 acres in Riverside County, California, which had been appraised for more than $3,300,000.00.

The gift was among the largest made to the Foundation during 2003. The gift was designated to be utilized by the College of Agriculture (Agricultural Business Management Program), California State University--Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo.

The gift transaction was consummated during the week prior to Christmas.
