NEWS February 2007 SHORT MONTH LONG ON ACTIVITY GERSON LAW FIRM APC was active in the second month of 2007 in commercial real estate finance, commercial real estate transactions, and litigation. The Firm's commercial real estate lender representations included among other matters, assisting with closings in South Dakota, Michigan, West Virginia and New York. Among real estate transactions, the Firm co-counseled with Florida counsel, on a 1031 real estate transaction in which one of the Firm's clients acquired a triple-net lease, single-user parcel in Florida. The Firm's litigation included among other matters, continuing to prosecute a construction defect matter affecting a luxury home in La Jolla, California, as well as pursuing collection matters. GERSON LAW FIRM APC, represents clients on all matters real estate and business related, both transactional and litigation. The Firm is nationally recognized for its representation of some of the nation's largest lenders on loan closings, special servicing, and enforcement proceedings throughout the United States.
