NEWS January 2005 GERSON LAW FIRM APC Closes Multifamily Loan in Montana Among major loan closings in which GERSON LAW FIRM APC acted as lender's counsel during January, 2005, was a $4,100,000.00 Fannie Mae DUS loan for an apartment project in Bozeman, Montana. Gordon L. Gerson presented a seminar during January, 2005, at University of San Diego for Sterling Education Services, Inc., on Fundamentals of Real Estate Development. In January 2005, GERSON LAW FIRM APC also welcomed a new associate to the Firm, Courtney R. Miklusak who will be part of the Firm's Financial Institutions Practice Group.
