NEWS January 2007 GERSON LAW FIRM APC FAST FORWARDING INTO NEW YEAR While some parts of the country were being hit with snow flurries, there was a flurry of legal activity at GERSON LAW FIRM APC. Among numerous lender financing transactions, the Firm closed three (3) CDO transactions in California and a Fannie DUS Forward Commitment for phase 4 of an 80 unit apartment complex in Salt Lake City, Utah (which included cross-collateralizing with three phases closed in prior calendar years) and closed a Fannie DUS loan in Beverton, Oregon. The Firm also represented a major national bank in extension of a $10,000,000.00 credit facility secured by pledged securities as well as two luxury residences in Newport Beach, California.
