GERSON LAW FIRM APC closed a portfolio of nine loans for a Fannie Mae DUS lender. The total portfolio was in the amount of $22,442,000.00, and all properties were located in Los Angeles, California, owned by or affiliated with the same borrower, and the Firm's execution as closing counsel included having all loans closed on the same day.

In addition to the nine loan portfolio for a single borrower, GERSON LAW FIRM APC also represented lenders closing more than 15 other loans during the month of June 2003.
