Among loan closings during the month of June, 2004, GERSON LAW FIRM APC represented a major lender from the Midwest on a $38,800,000.00 construction loan and permanent financing for a mixed-use project in San Diego's Historic Gaslamp District. The mixed-use project includes 120 luxury condominiums, and more than 35,000 square feet of street and mezzanine level retail and restaurant space. The mixed-use project is phase 1 of the project by Champion Development and is immediately adjacent to phase 2 which includes more than 100 luxury condominiums and additional street level retail and restaurant space. Both phases include underground parking. Among other closings on behalf of its lender clients during June, 2004, GERSON LAW FIRM APC also represented one of the United States' largest banks in documenting a credit facility of $20,000,000.00, secured by 11 estate properties in Rancho Santa Fe, California.
