NEWS March 2005 Acquisition Financing Accelerates in March 2005 GERSON LAW FIRM APC has been involved with representations evidencing a flurry of acquisition and development financing throughout the first 15 days of March 2005. GERSON LAW FIRM APC represented a Midwestern bank with acquisition finance loans for residential tract developments in Castaic, California and Paso Robles, California. The Paso Robles loan included credit line financing to obtain modular housing for a tract developer to place on the land. In 2004, GERSON LAW FIRM APC represented one of the nation's largest banks in construction financing of a major tract development in Paso Robles. Other loans closed in early March for acquisition financing in which GERSON LAW FIRM APC provided lender representation, included a local credit union making an acquisition loan for the Southern Hotel, located in the heart of downtown San Diego's Gaslamp District. GERSON LAW FIRM APC represents national lenders on loan closings, special servicing, and enforcement proceedings throughout the United States, and closing loans throughout the United States.
