GERSON LAW FIRM APC CLOSES MULTIFAMILY LOANS IN ALASKA

GERSON LAW FIRM APC closed two multifamily loans in Anchorage, Alaska during May 2004.

The two loans closed were under Fannie Mae DUS product line. The loans were for $2,450,000.000 and $3,100,000.00.

During the first 15 days of May, GERSON LAW FIRM APC also closed 8 Fannie Mae multifamily loans amounting to more than $42,000,000.00. During this same 15 day period the Firm was actively involved representing lenders and borrowers on several other loan closings.
