NEWS May 2005 MAY LOAN CLOSINGS INCLUDE FREDDIE MAC AND FANNIE MAE LOANS Among loan closings in May 2005, GERSON LAW FIRM APC closed loans in both Fannie Mae's DUS lending program and Freddie Mac's Program Plus lending program. A Freddie Mac loan closed was for $14,200,000.00 for a senior living facility in Ventura County, California. The property consisted of 2.8 acres, 115 units, and amenities including a swimming pool and other recreational and athletic facilities. The senior care project includes units for independent living, as well as assisted living. A Fannie Mae loan closed was for $12,000,000.00 and was for a 167 unit apartment project in Los Angeles County.
