West Coast closings for credit unions during October, 2004, included a loan for more than $10,000,000 for a lodging property in Solvang, California, as well as a loan in Oregon. East Coast closes included a loan for a commercial shopping center in Salem, New Hampshire, as well as a commercial loan in Florida. The Firm also closed a credit union loan for commercial property in Georgia.
