GERSON LAW FIRM APC assisted lenders closing commercial real estate and multifamily loans at a fast pace during the last month of the third quarter of 2003, by closing 24 loans for permanent financing, which exceeded more than $75,000,000.00. Loans closed in September with the Firm's assistance were for Fannie Mae DUS lenders, a major life insurance company, and one of the largest credit unions in the United States. Loans ranged from $500,000.00 to $8,300,000.00.

"More significant than any number of loans or dollar volume, is our attention to detail in each transaction and enhancing each lender client's relationship with its borrowers. That remains our mission, " said Gordon L. Gerson.

During the month of September 2003, the Firm's Financial Services Group also provided other legal services for its lender clients. Among other matters, the Firm handled loan assumptions, loan modifications, and rendered advisory opinions on numerous legal issues in commercial lending.
