NEWS September 2005 GERSON LAW FIRM APC CLOSES FIVE FANNIE MAE LOANS IN CALIFORNIA AND NEVADA, AND REPRESENTS DEVELOPER IN ACQUISITION OF OFFICE BUILDINGS IN ARIZONA During the last week of August 2005, GERSON LAW FIRM APC represented the Fannie Mae DUS lender in closing three Fannie Mae loans in Sacramento, including loans in the amount of $6,000,000.00, $6,900,000.00 and $13,490,000.00. During the same week it closed Fannie Mae DUS loans in Los Angeles County for $5,700,000.00, and in Las Vegas, Nevada for $4,100,000.00. In August 2005, the Firm assisted one of the country's largest commercial mortgage REITS in closing 14 loans ranging from $500,000.00 to $3,000,000.00. Other real estate transactions in which the Firm provided representation during August, 2005 included representing a developer from southern California in acquiring three office buildings of more than 40,000 square feet on 3 acres in Phoenix, Arizona, and representing a national quick service restaurant tenant in leasing space in a shopping center in Phoenix, Arizona.
