NEWS September 2006 A September to Remember The opening kick-off of football season also began a year-end drive into the red zone for GERSON LAW FIRM APC and its clients. On the loan closing front, GERSON LAW FIRM APC closed several Freddie Mac multifamily loan transactions, including a portfolio of four multifamily loans for more than $100,000,000.00. The four loans were each secured by apartment projects in Orange County, California. The Firm also provided counsel to a fast-growing California office building developer, who broke ground on a 31,800 square foot medical office complex, in San Diego, California and who acquired a 213,000 square foot office building in Scottsdale, Arizona. Among litigation matters, the Firm provided litigation counsel to one of San Diego's largest credit unions. In addition to its client representations, Gordon L. Gerson was a panelist at the California Mortgage Business Association's Annual Deal Maker Forum, and attended a Freddie Mac Lending Conference in Washington DC.
