CORPORATE EXPRESS AND 3M COMPANY WAREHOUSE DISTRIBUTION CENTERS EXCHANGE MADE WITH REPRESENTATION BY GERSON LAW FIRM APC

GERSON LAW FIRM APC represented a client in a series of transactions involving the sale of a Corporate Express distribution center in Houston, Texas and acquisition of a 3M Company distribution center in DeKalb, Illinois.

Harvey Lichterman of the Firm lead professionals and staff responsible for the transaction, which included among other matters:

• Representation of seller in sale of 222,000 square foot Corporate Express warehouse distribution center in Texas.
• Representation of seller in the assumption of existing loan with State Farm Bank, FSB for Corporate Express building.
• Representation of buyer in acquisition of 410,000 square foot 3M Company warehouse distribution center in Illinois.
• Representation of buyer acquiring 3M Company building in loan transaction with Natixis Real Estate Capital Inc.

In addition to the transaction, during the month of September, 2007, the Firm was involved in representing national lenders in numerous loan transactions throughout California and other states.
