The calls for loan workouts, receiverships, foreclosures and collections to come to GERSON LAW FIRM APC at an increasing rate.

“Some days our main switch board becomes a call center for commercial lenders with problem loans,” said Gordon L. Gerson. “There is velocity and volume in our problem loan practice.”

GERSON LAW FIRM APC on a weekly basis for several months has been engaged on newly assigned receivership cases throughout California – accepting 6 new cases between May 15, – June 15, 2010. San Diego, San Bernardino, Santa Ana, Long Beach, Visalia, Sacramento, and Marysville, are among cities with pins on GLF’s map of receivership cases in California. GERSON LAW FIRM APC is also engaged co-counseling several out of state receivership cases including actions currently pending in Pennsylvania, Oregon, Texas and Arizona. GERSON LAW FIRM APC is actively working with receivers in its cases who are engaged in efforts to sell mortgaged properties.

GERSON LAW FIRM APC‘s attorneys engaged in matters related to defaulted loans are also representing lenders whose borrowers are filing bankruptcy. GERSON LAW FIRM APC has filed in motions of relief of stay to foreclose in the bankruptcy courts in both southern and northern California.
