Since 1992, we have grown to be nationally recognized from coast to coast in high-volume engagements, whether in commercial lending transactions and business transactions or loan default engagements. 

• We have been engaged by major banks and non-bank lenders, life insurance companies, debt funds, and credit unions in 700 or more commercial real estate loan transactions as well as other commercial and real estate transactions per year for the past four years for billions of dollars.
• We were engaged by institutional and non-institutional lenders and special servicers in 100 or more defaulted loans per year during the Great Recession.  

And we represent clients in sole transactions or litigation important to their family or business.

• We have assisted in implementing generational wealth strategies for families.
• We have represented families in matters in litigation ranging from securities issues to lease litigation and more.
