Gerson Law Firm APC Adds Veteran Title Company Attorney

GERSON LAW FIRM APC has added Tom Ruhrup to its attorney ranks. Mr. Ruhrup has more than 25 years experience with major title companies in several capacities, including as underwriting counsel for Lawyers Title Insurance Corporation. His broad experience includes all aspects of title insurance coverage, including legal issues relating to complex agreements and endorsement coverage. Mr. Ruhrup has also worked with law firms assisting on all matters relating to title insurance claims, including representing major banks and loan servicers in title insurance claims. He is also a frequent public speaker as well as an expert witness on title industry-related issues.
