Theresa Johnson Loftsgard has joined GERSON LAW FIRM as an associate.
Loftsgard has special expertise in hotel acquisitions and financings. She has experience in all matters relating to commercial real estate finance and transactions for other character commercial property, including commercial, multifamily, retail and industrial. She will add to GERSON LAW FIRM’s national real estate commercial/multifamily loan closing practices.
Before attending law school, Loftsgard worked as a financial advisor at American Express where she earned Series 7 and Series 66 securities licenses.
“Thesesa’s experience in commercial real estate finance and real estate transactions adds to our ability as nine lawyers who collectively have developed and maintain one of the largest, if not largest, loan closing practices in the western United States for commercial lenders,” states Gordon L. Loftsgard received her J.D., cum laude, from the University of San Diego School of Law in 2006 and her B.A., magna cum laude, from California State University, Long Beach in 2002.
