One day earlier GERSON LAW FIRM closed a 13 multifamily loan portfolio on a lender engagement. The 13 loans were Fannie Mae DUS loan originations for a combined $81,987,000. The 13 loans were secured by a combined 584 apartment units in Bellfower, California.
During the month of April the firm had more than 100 lender engagements on loan closings as well as loan modifications, forbearance requests and other post closing lending matters.
