GERSON LAW FIRM APC closed a five loan multifamily portfolio for apartment complexes in San Diego.
The lender engagement by a major national bank was executed under the Fannie Mae DUS program, and the five loans were for a combined amount of more than $93,000,000.
GERSON LAW FIRM APC has closed multifamily loan portfolios to single sponsors of up to 21 loans during each month of 2017 for lenders acting in connection with the Fannie Mae DUS program or as Freddie Mac Seller/Servicers, and maintains one of the largest GSE lending practices in the country, while at the same time closing loans for banks, credit unions, and non-bank lenders.
