In connection with the acquisition of a Class A, 188 unit multifamily project located in Graham, Washington, GERSON LAW FIRM APC represented a master servicer in a loan assumption of a $26,050,000 loan. GERSON LAW FIRM APC had represented the original lender in connection with the Freddie Mac CME loan origination in September 2014. The original loan was part of a Freddie Mac K Series securitization of more than 1,300,000,000 of multi-property projects.
Each month, GERSON LAW FIRM APC actively represents lenders of securitized loans not only at time of loan origination, but the master services and sub servicers on all related servicing issues, including but not limited to, loan assumptions and other asset and equity holder transfer transactions.
