Freddie Mac has a short list of law firms on its shared counsel list for representing Master Servicers on large loans ( commonly referred to as K Deals) which are securitized and Q Deal securitizations.
An annual survey is done with Master Servicers, including KeyBank, Midland Loan Services and Trimont. Comments about GERSONLAW from Master Servicers were uniformly positive ( one of a few firms with no negative comments) and included the following:
