Commercial Real Estate Women hosted a March 18 educational luncheon program, focused on deal-making in lender-owned real estate and other distressed assets.

Panelists included Debra Shannon, senior vice president with California Bank & Trust; Judy Hoffman, executive vice president of Trigild; Michael Roberts, associate director of Cushman & Wakefield; and Phil Covington, managing director of Colliers International. Gordon L. Gerson, principal of GERSON LAW FIRM APC served as moderator.

Topics included lender strategies, receiverships, investment sales, property management and recent transactions in the San Diego market.
