GERSON LAW FIRM APC closed five multifamily loans on the last day of March 2009.
The five loans totaling almost $35,000,000 were closed under Fannie Mae’s DUS Lending program or Freddie Mac’s Program Plus lending program. Loan closed were secured by real property located in Murray and Orem, Utah, Seattle, Washington, as well as Citrus Heights and Rohnert Park, CA.
