The San Diego Receivers Forum is a non-profit organization, and local affiliate of the California Receivers Forum, formed by receivers, attorneys, accountants and property managers, to address the needs and concerns of receivers, to facilitate communication between the receivership community and the courts, and to assist in raising the level of professionalism of receivers throughout San Diego County and the State of California.
GERSON LAW FIRM APC is presently engaged representing lenders in receivership litigation, and prosecuting actions in California, and, by affiliation with out of state counsel, in Arizona, Florida, and Washington. GLF has a wide network of alliances, affiliations and relationships with law firms, receivers and management companies for receivership matters through out the United States.
